Just a short 7-minute drive from Morse Reservoir and 20-minutes from Noblesville or Westfield, our facility provides easy access for area residents looking for Boat, RV or Car Storage – Hobbyists looking for an area to set up a workshop with extra, climate-controlled storage – or Business owners looking for a place to meet with clients, conduct light manufacturing, and/or store/maintain equipment. Whether you’re looking to store your boat for easy access to Morse, keep your RV protected from the elements and ready to go at a moment’s notice, store and work on your classic cars, or just need a clean, secure, convenient commercial space, our location in Arcadia ensures that you’re never far from your prized items or potential clients.

Flex Space Options

Our spacious units are available in 2 floor plans – 30’x50’ (1,500 Sq Ft) or 50’x50’ (2,500 Sq Ft)- All with 14’ high garage doors and 16’ high ceilings. The 50’x50’ units include a dedicated 12′ by 20′ office space with a full bathroom. The 30’x50’ units include a half-bath. All Units have AC and Heat which can be used or not used at the discretion of the renter. Water and Sewer are paid by the complex, Electricity is paid by the renter.
